"The Goon" Coming (Not So) Soon to a Theater Near You

A while back I saw the beautiful test footage below of a "Goon" animated movie. I had been wondering what had ever come of it and unfortunately the answer is "not much."

You'd watch that, right? Yeah, me too. Unfortunately it sounds like it's still a ways off. So what to do in the meantime? Pick up the books. "The Goon" by Eric Powell is available at your local comic book shop and is well worth your hard-earned bucks.
